Vital Statistics
All deaths and still births that occur in the Town of Midland must be registered with the Town Clerk. This Office, however, is not permitted to verify or issue certificates to anyone who phones or comes in requesting information. A copy of the death certificate may only be obtained by writing or sending an application to The Office of the Registrar General in Thunder Bay. Application forms for this purpose are available in the Registry Office, Unemployment Centre, or the Municipal Office.
