Midland has recently formed a new Customer Experience Office (CXO), drawing staff from other departments together to collaborate on providing excellent customer service and informative, timely communications to our residents, visitors and community partners.​

The CXO Team is also tasked with leading the development of a Customer Service and Communications Strategy that will provide the framework for fostering and delivering more customer-centric service and communications, while reinforcing our strong commitment to making a positive community impact.

Customer Service

CXO Team members are here to help as your first point of contact with the Town. We can assist you with payments, providing information about Town events and projects, and respond to your inquiries and concerns.​

On an average day we are managing over 100 ​inquiries from our residents and on peak periods we can see volumes in the range of 120-130 per day. We want to provide you with our best customer service experience and welcome your feedback at service@midland.ca.

Communications, Community Engagement & Marketing

Staff work with all Town departments, the CAO and Mayor & Council to prepare internal and external communications to allow us to better connect with and inform our residents, visitors and community partners. We also strive to improve community outreach through our website, various social media channels, promotional materials, and our Engaging Midland website.
