Zoning By-Law Housekeeping Review
A major housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law 2004-90 has not occurred since 2010. Staff begun undertaking, on an ‘own-resources’ basis, a new Housekeeping By-law to the Town’s Zoning By-law. A full Staff Report on the project including the subject areas of the proposed Housekeeping Amendment was presented to Committee in February 2017 for consideration and authorized to proceed. One of the main focuses of the Housekeeping Amendment Project would be to address the Zoning By-law recommendations of the Downtown Master Plan.
As per the June 19, 2019 Council approval, a new work schedule have been approved in order to provide additional public consultation through hosting stakeholder meetings.
