The Town of Midland uses the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post jobs and accept applications. This software allows you to create an account which provides a unique user login and password to monitor and apply for current Town employment opportunities through the ATS.
Current Job Opportunities page provides a list of positions that are available. Select the position of interest to view the details and job description (when available). Within the job details page, you have the option to create an account by selecting “apply". If you already have an account, you will be prompted to login and apply. If you do not have an account this is your opportunity to create an account and apply. Once you complete the application process, you can update details on your profile. You can also login using your personal social media accounts.
Status of positions can be found under the “My Applications" tab within your ADP profile, providing you with clarity as to what stage the recruitment process is in. When the position is no longer listed, the position has been filled.
Applications for positions will only be accepted through the ATS.
Email or faxed applications will no longer be accepted. There may be special circumstances, as determined by the Human Resources Department, where hand-delivered applications would be accepted.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Midland Fire Services. Please refer to our most recent recruitment guide for details on becoming a volunteer firefighter, including information session dates and our latest volunteer firefighter application. Our annual recruitment campaign takes place each fall. We strongly recommend that any potential applicants attend one of our information sessions as outlined in the guide. Due to COVID-19 restrictions you must register in advance to attend one of the information sessions.
