The Economic Development Corporation of North Simcoe (EDCNS) advocates as “one economic development voice" for the municipalities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay and Tiny (the Power of Four). Collaboration by knowledge sharing facilitates business investment.
EDCNS is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors which includes representation from each of the four municipal councils. Through ongoing commitment with the County of Simcoe, the four North Simcoe municipalities and our talented Board of Directors, our dedication empowers continued opportunity, growth and economic prosperity.

"We Live It, You'll Love It" is a show produced by EDCNS, the Heart of Georgian Bay and Nate Lacroix that introduces you to the many innovative, intriguing and successful people from North Simcoe, while exploring some of the area's most treasured assets. The show is streamed on YouTube and social media. A new episode is released every Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.
