E-billing allows the Town of Midland to deliver your utility bill by email instead of paper mail. By enrolling, you will receive your quarterly and month end water/wastewater bill electronically at no additional cost.
How to Apply
- Submit the form at least one month before your next billing date to start getting bills electronically.
- If you own more than one property, a separate form is required for each.
You may cancel your e-billing authorization at any time by providing written notice to the Water Billing Department. If you change your email address or any other account information, you must notify the Water Billing Department in writing.
Completed forms can be submitted:
- by email: waterbilling@midland.ca
- by mail: Town of Midland, 575 Dominion Avenue, Midland ON, L4R 1R2
- in person: 575 Dominion Avenue (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm)
Note: The Town is not responsible for utility bills that are not received. If you do not receive your quarterly or month-end bill, contact the Customer Service promptly, as interest and penalties will still apply on unpaid accounts.
