The Committee of Adjustment (COA) is a committee made up of Midland residents appointed by Council, that make decisions on minor variance applications and consent applications. The same committee also functions as the Property Standards Committee which considers appeals related to the Property Standards By-law. Committee Agendas and Minutes are published through the CivicWeb Portal

COA Public Hearing Attendance Information

The current term of the Committee of Adjustment has elected to hold hybrid meetings (in-person and online). The hearings take place in the Council Chambers and through Zoom. Stakeholders and residents can view or participate in the Hearing by following the Zoom link below via desktop, mobile, or through the Zoom app on smartphone and tablet devices. Users can also use the Webinar ID and passcode to join the meeting. A call-in option is also available.
