Applicants or Agents who would like to speak on the application are requested to contact the Secretary-Treasurer, Natalie Murdock, by email at nmurdock@midland.ca, by the end of the day on the Tuesday prior to the Hearing. We ask that you advise if there will also be a presentation in addition to you speaking so that we can add you as a panelist.
Upon entering the Webinar, your microphone will be muted. During the Hearing for the specific application, you will be invited by the Chair to speak and give your presentation (if applicable). You will then be moved to a panelist role until a decision has been reached.
If you have not notified the Secretary-Treasurer, please use the raise hand function to indicate you wish to speak on the application.
