Proposed Development

The purpose of the application is to obtain site plan approval for the development of a self-storage facility that is proposed to consist of:

  • One 3-storey self-storage building with a retail showroom, with a total gross floor area of approximately 10,044 square metres (Building 'A')
  • One 1-storey building for a UBOX warehouse, with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,186.4 square metres (Building B')
  • Four 1-storey self storage buildings, with a total gross floor area of approximately 780 square metres (Buildings 'C'- 'F')
  • Outdoor storage for U-Haul truck rentals
