Event Busker & Street Performer Application

Those interested in busking or performing at a Town event, or on municipal property outside of an event or festival, must submit an application for approval. Performers can include, but are not limited to, musicians, artists, dancers, magicians, living statues, clowns, and puppeteers.

Note: Applications are reviewed based on performance quality, suitability for the event and/or space, and overall variety of performers. The Town of Midland reserves the right to deny any application.

Buskers may accept voluntary donations but may not request, suggest, or post a specific amount. Performers seeking payment must apply as an event vendor and pay the applicable vendor fee.
