Purpose You must be licensed to operate a farmers' market in Midland. A farmers' market is defined as a seasonal, multi-vendor, community-driven organization selling agricultural, food, art and craft products including homegrown produce, home-made crafts and value-added products where the majority of vendors are primary producers.
