Town of Midland residents may request the discontinuation of municipal water and sewer services at their current address. All charges and applicable fees remain the responsibility of the resident up to and including the specified move-out date.

How to Apply
If you are enrolled in Pre-Authorised Payment plan you must cancel your plan and pay the final meter reading bill manually. In some cases, your lawyer may have already submitted these requests on your behalf. Please contact your lawyer directly to confirm whether this has been done.
