Purpose The PAP Plan authorizes the Town to automatically withdraw property tax or water/sewer payments from your designated bank account.

Property Tax PAP Plan

There are two options for property tax pre-authorized payment plans: 

  • Ten-Month Plan: Equal payments withdrawn on the last business day of each month (January to October).
  • Installment Plan: Payments withdrawn on the due dates listed on your tax bills.

Submit your Pre-Authorized Payment application online by uploading a VOID cheque or authorized banking information from your bank. Property owners can also update your banking details or cancel an existing agreement by selecting the applicable option.

Water/Sewer PAP Plan

Water/sewer payments are taken out on the billing due dates - either monthly or quarterly payments depending on your billing cycle.  

How to Apply to, Manage, or Cancel your PAP Plan

Please note we require seven business days prior to any withdrawal date to enroll, cancel or change information.

Completed forms can be submitted along with a VOID cheque or authorized banking information from your bank:
