How to Apply
Completed forms can be submitted:
- by email: finance@midland.ca
- by mail: Town of Midland, 575 Dominion Avenue, Midland ON, L4R 1R2
- by dropbox: 575 Dominion Avenue, Third Street Entrance
- in person: 575 Dominion Avenue (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm)
After submission, the factual information will be reviewed and an inspection may be conducted if needed. Town Council determines whether a tax refund, reduction, cancellation, or increase is warranted. To learn more about the process please visit mpac.ca.
