| Purpose | Upon written request by the property owner, the Town will forward a copy of the water/wastewater bill to the tenant, to facilitate payment by the tenant. |

Upon written request by the property owner, the Town of Midland will forward a copy of the bill to the tenant, to facilitate payment by the tenant. Should the Tenant fail to pay, the owner is ultimately responsible for any outstanding amounts and as such, any unpaid balances will be transferred to the property tax roll.
