Flags lowered to half-mast in honour of Tumbler Ridge tragedy

We are deeply saddened by the tragic events that took place earlier this week in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, where a mass shooting at the local secondary school and a nearby residence resulted in multiple fatalities and numerous injuries.

In solidarity with communities across Canada and in honour of the victims, the Town of Midland has lowered our flags to half-mast.

Our thoughts are with the families, first responders, and the entire Tumbler Ridge community during this profoundly difficult time.
