In accordance with the Ontario Heritage Act, Midland Town Council is responsible for considering the designation and conservation of properties with cultural heritage value or interest. The notices below provide information regarding Council's recent decisions under Part IV, Section 29 of the Act to either designate properties or withdraw Notices of Intention to Designate.

Notices of Passing

Midland Town Council has made the decisions to designate the properties listed below as being of Cultural Heritage Value or Interest pursuant to Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act. The full notices issued regarding each property are linked below:
