Internet and telephone is open available 24/7 until the close of Voting Day: October 26, 2026, at 8pm.  

Eligible voters can cast their ballot online or by telephone from any location, at any time during the voting period, including from the comfort of their home, or where internet or telephone service is available.

Electors/Voters requiring assistance are welcome to come to the Voter Assistance Centre to get help in person.

Penetanguishene Mid-Pen Transit detour begins October 26 due to Waypoint construction

The Penetanguishene Mid-Pen Transit route requires a detour starting on Monday, October 26, 2026, as a result of construction in the parking area of the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health. The detour is expected to remain in place for approximately 3 weeks.

During the detour:

  • the Penetanguishene bus will turn left into Parking Lot A instead of proceeding to the usual stop out front of the Administrative Building at the Waypoint Centre.
  • A temporary stop will be set up in Parking Lot A for the duration of the detour. Please use this stop to access the Waypoint Centre.
  • Buses will then turn back onto Georgian Bay Drive and rejoin the regular route back towards Penetanguishene.
