Town raises flag for Midland Sports Hall of Fame Week 2026
The Town has raised the flag for the Midland Sports Hall of Fame, and Mayor Bill Gordon has declared the week of September 21–26, 2026, as “Midland Sports Hall of Fame Week” in the Town of Midland.
Whereas, the Midland Sports Hall of Fame is a testament to the community’s appreciation for local builders, athletes, and teams; and
Whereas, the Hall of Fame was established to honour these individuals for their outstanding achievements in their respective fields; and
Whereas, the Midland Sports Hall of Fame will honour those individuals who are being inducted in the 26th Midland Sports Hall of Fame Ceremony on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
Therefore, I Bill Gordon, Mayor of the Town of Midland, do hereby declare that the week of September 21–26, 2026, be proclaimed as “Midland Sports Hall of Fame Week” in the Town of Midland.
