Special Requests
The Town of Midland is committed to supporting our residents and local groups/organizations. To request a flag ceremony or proclamation, or to invite Mayor Gordon to a local event complete the forms below. All requests will be reviewed by the Mayor's office. Submit community events to our Community Calendar.
Flag Ceremony and Proclamation Request
An individual or group requesting a flag ceremony or proclamation shall complete and submit this form at least 30 days prior to the date of the requested event.
Approved flag ceremonies must be submitted to the Community Calendar by the requestor.
Invite the Mayor to your event
Event attendance invitation requests should be received no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Due to a busy schedule, not all invitations will be accepted.
