Eighth & Hugel intersection closure: October 28 & 29

Watermain work associated with the Eighth Street Reconstruction Project will require a full road closure at the intersection at Hugel Avenue and Eighth Street, scheduled from October 28 at 7am to October 29 at 10pm. No through-traffic will be permitted, and detour signage will be in place.
