• What: A Non-Statutory Public Meeting for a privately-initiated application to receive feedback on the proposed Minister’s Zoning Order application.
• When: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
• Where: In-Person at the Town Hall or virtually on Zoom
• Property Location: 565 Balm Beach Road
• Why: The proposed MZO application is to rezone the subject lands to permit a 420 (approx.) unit residential subdivision that consists of single detached homes, semi-detached homes, townhomes, and apartments.
