Town Council will hold a public meeting on April 28 to consider a Town-initiated Temporary Use By-law regarding 475 Bayshore Drive, 165 and 200 King Street, and 527 Len Self Boulevard.
This By-law requires land and/or cash in lieu of land for park or other recreational purposes as a condition of development or redevelopment of land in the Town of Midland.
