  • Where: In-Person at the Town Hall or virtually on Zoom
  • Property Location: 736 King Street
  • Why: The proposed zoning by-law amendment, if approved, would rezone a portion of the subject lands (“subject area”) from Residential Mobile Home (RM) to Highway Commercial (HC). The proposed amendment is required as a condition of approval for consent application B.03/2025.
Purpose and Effect of the Amendment
  • To rezone a portion of the subject lands from Residential Mobile Home (RM) to Highway Commercial (HC).
