• Why: The proposed Official Plan Amendment, if approved, would redesignate the lands to appropriate mixed-use and residential designations, providing policy approvals to facilitate future applications.

Purpose and Effect of the Amendment

• To amend the text and maps of the Town's Official Plan to facilitate residential and mixed-use development on the property.
