In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on April 7, 2026, Midland Town Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-01-26 for 475 Bayshore Drive, 165 & 200 King Street, and 527 Len Self Boulevard on May 20, 2026, as By-laws 2026-33, 2026-34, and 2026-35.
On June 3, 2026, Council also approved amending By-laws 2026-39 and 2026-40 for 475 Bayshore Drive and 527 Len Self Boulevard. View the notices of passing for full information:
