Requests for proposals: BCC concession services, digital signs, booking software

The Town of Midland has issued the following requests for proposals.

Bourgeois Community Centre Concession Services

The Town is seeking a long-term operating partner capable of delivering high-quality, affordable, and customer-focused concession services that enhance the experience of Bourgeois Community Centre users, tournament participants, community groups and visitors.

Digital Signs

The Town invites proposals from qualified proponents for the design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, training, warranty, and support of a new outdoor digital sign solution for the Bourgeois Community Centre at the King Street intersection with Little Lake Park Road.

Booking Software

The Town is seeking a modern Recreation and Event Booking Software platform to support recreation programs, facility rentals, harbour services, tourism activities, and community events. The Town’s objective is to deliver a digital-first customer experience that is simple, accessible, and available anytime, while improving operational efficiency for staff and ensuring integration with corporate systems.
