Requests for proposals: County Road 93 South Secondary Plan; Quota Park Playground & Little Lake Park Accessible Swing

The Town of Midland has issued the following requests for proposals.

Quota Park Playground & Little Lake Park Accessible Swing

The Town is calling for complete proposal submissions from qualified vendors to design, supply and install a playground at Quota Park as detailed within the RFP. Quota Park is a small local park located at 748 Birchwood Drive. The overall usable area is about 180 square metres, however the shape of the area is irregular.

The Town is also calling for complete proposal submissions from qualified vendors to design, supply and install an accessible swing adjacent to the existing accessible swing in Little Lake Park. Little Lake Park is the Town of Midland’s flagship park with extensive upgrades currently being undertaken as well as within the last five years.

County Road 93 South Secondary Plan

The Town is seeking proposals from qualified and accredited consulting firms consisting of planners, engineers, project managers, and consultation specialists to lead the development of a new secondary plan. This secondary plan, along with the required supporting Official Plan policy updates, will be implemented by way of an amendment to the Town’s Official Plan.
