Residents invited to help shape Midland’s Parks, Trails and Recreation Master Plan
The Town of Midland is inviting residents to take part in public engagement opportunities as work continues developing a Parks, Trails and Recreation Master Plan, a strategic document that will help guide decisions about Midland’s parks, trails, facilities, and recreation services over the next 10 years.
Community feedback is a key component of the planning process. The Town is seeking input from residents of all ages and interests to help ensure the plan reflects community priorities and supports a welcoming, accessible, and sustainable parks and recreation system.
Residents are encouraged to get involved this month through one or both of the following engagement opportunities:
- In-person Open House
Wednesday, April 22, 6–8 p.m.
Bourgeois Community Centre, 527 Len Self Boulevard
This drop in event provides an opportunity to explore what is working well today, what could be improved, and how our parks, trails, and recreation services can evolve over the next 10 years. - Online Survey
The survey allows participants to provide feedback at their convenience and is open to all members of the community until April 30, 2026.
