Water Services Annual Summary Report

This report provides information to several stakeholders, satisfies regulatory requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act including the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Annual Stormwater Management Report

The Town's Municipal Stormwater Management System consists of storm sewers, culverts, ditches, Stormwater Management Facilities and outlets within the Authorized System. The Town of Midland prepares an annual performance report for the Authorized System.

Sewer Overflow Reports

On April 3, 2025 Midland’s wastewater collection system experienced a storm tank overflow of 592 m3 due to excessive rainfall and snowmelt.

All regulatory reporting requirements have been met. Please note that the overflow waters received basic disinfection and dichlorination.

On March 16, 2025 Midland’s wastewater collection system experienced an overflow of 2000 m3 due to excessive rainfall and snowmelt.

On April 5, 2023 Midland’s wastewater collection system experienced an overflow of 1640.4 cubic meters of highly diluted sewage due to excessive rainfall and snowmelt.
