The Town and pl.ural consulting team hosted an open house to talk about the possibility of a splash pad. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the study, ask questions, and share thoughts on a potential splash pad in Midland.

Timeline of the Midland Splash Pad Feasibility Study 
 January 30, 2024 - Council approves capital project 
Splash Pad Design and Consultation is approved through the 2024 Budget. 
August to October 2024 - Consultant Research and Analysis
Consultant to complete comprehensive research for feasibility study.
November 5, 2024 - Open House
Opportunity for the public to ask questions and learn more. 
 December 4, 2024 - Deputation from Consultant
Town Council receives report from pl.ural.
