Where: Section of Victoria Street will be closed, from Woodland Drive to Edmond Street.

When: Today - Monday, April 14, 2025

Detour Suggestion: Use parallel road; Ottawa Street.

Why: Emergency road repair.

Town water crews are working to repair water service to 696 King Street (Bowling Green Estates).

Service impacts:

• temporary bypass to supply water to residents to minimize water disruptions.
• fire hydrants utilized for bypass out of service until the repair is completed.
• Entry lane to the complex is closed and traffic control will be in place through the exit lane.

Where: Westbound Lane on Hugel Avenue; from First Street to King Street. 

When: Today - Friday, March 28, 2025 

Detour: Avoid the closure by using parallel roads. 

Why: Sewer infrastructure repairs

Where: Section of Victoria Street will be closed, from Woodland Drive to Edmond Street.

When: Today - Friday, March 28, 2025

Detour Suggestion: Use parallel road; Ottawa Street. 

Why: Emergency road repair

Where: Section of Fifth Street will be closed, from Ottawa Street to Victoria Street.

When: Today - Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Detour Suggestion: Use parallel roads; Sixth Street or Fourth Street.

Why: Emergency road repair

4:30 pm Status: Repairs completed

11:00 am Status: Town crews onsite to repair the watermain break on Victoria Street.

Road Closures:

• Full road closure on Victoria Street, from Woodland Drive to Edmond Street.  
  • Residents living on Victoria Street with house numbers greater than 903 Victoria, and those living on Roslyn Court, should enter from Woodland Drive.
  • Residents living on Victoria Street with house numbers lower than 903 Victoria should be enter from Edmond Street.

Road Closures:

• Dominion – between Eighth St. and Margaret St.
• Cavana – between Bay St. and Dominion Ave.

Cavana: local traffic only, access via Bay St. only

Dominion: Westbound: Eighth St. to Montreal St., then to Margaret St. returning back to Dominion Ave. (Reverse for Eastbound)
