Ellen Street Reconstruction

Construction has started on Ellen Street, follow posted detour signage and prepare for delays.

Ellen Street is undergoing reconstruction from King Street to Johnson Street. The project starts the week of June 23rd, 2025 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

This project includes:

Replacement of existing sanitary sewer and watermain, including services to property line.
Drainage improvements and storm sewer upgrades.
Full road reconstruction, including new curb, sidewalks, granulars and asphalt.
Reinstatement of all disturbed areas to previous or better condition, including sections of driveways or boulevard affected by construction.
