Community Facilities

The following community facilities are owned by the Town of Midland and open to the public during regular operating hours. Visitors must act respectfully toward staff and other patrons and help maintain these community spaces as harassment‑free environments.

When Environment Canada issues a cold or heat warning, these facilities operate as daytime warming or cooling centres during the hours listed. Additional warming centres in the region are operated by the County of Simcoe; please visit simcoe.ca/WinterWarming for details.

Bourgeois Community Centre

The Bourgeois Community Centre, located at 527 Len Self Boulevard, is open to the public from Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm. The facility offers drop-in recreation programsarena and gym rentals, and event/meeting space rentals.

Midland Town Hall

Midland Town Hall, located at 575 Dominion Avenue, is open to the public from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, offering in-person services at the customer service windows.

Midland Public Library

The Midland Public Library is located at 320 King Street. Memberships are free for residents of Midland, Tiny Township, Christian Island, and Oro-Medonte. Students attending school in Midland are also eligible for free membership.
