Paying Property Taxes

You are responsible for paying property taxes if you own a property in the Town of Midland. This helps fund essential municipal services. To get property tax licences and statements, visit the Property Tax certificates and Statements. Learn more about your Property Assessment.

Property Tax Due Dates

Property taxes are due in February, April, August, and October. See the 2025 Interim Tax Brochure for details.

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plan

The PAP Plan authorizes the Town to automatically withdraw property tax payments from your designated bank account. There are no service charges or fees to enroll.
