If you are registered in the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP) for your property tax and/or water/sewer account, you must submit the PAP Cancellation Form for cancelling the PAP payment arrangement at least 7 business days prior to the next payment date.

If you've moved or your mailing address has changed, please complete the account change request form below. Keeping your mailing address up to date ensures you receive important correspondence such as property tax bills and notices on time.
Request a change to your Property Tax or Water/Sewer account
You must remember to update your address with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) to ensure you continue to receive your property assessment notices. You can do this directly through the MPAC Address Change.
Selling your Property or Becoming a New Owner
If you are selling or purchasing your property, your lawyer needs to forward the sale documents or the Registered Transfer/Deed to our office once the sale is completed.
The Town will update the change of ownership to the property tax and water/sewer account when these documents are received.
