Advertising Guidelines

• All advertisements must follow the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards. Ads promoting tobacco, alcohol, religion, or political content are not permitted.
• All advertising is subject to the Town's Sponsorship, Advertising & Charitable Giving Policy. 
• Design and Production: Advertisers are responsible producing their ad.
• Content Approval: All advertisement proofs must be submitted to the Town of Midland for review and approval before installation.
• Installation and Duration: The Town will handle the installation of approved ads. Contra-vision or vinyl wrap ads must remain in place for a minimum of 2 years. Early removal will be at the advertiser’s expense.
