Naming Rights and Sponsorship
The Town of Midland’s Sponsorship, Advertising, and Charitable Giving Policy fosters sustainable partnerships with the community, external groups, and stakeholders.
The Town of Midland is closely connected to residents and visitors in the North Simcoe area through its facilities, programs, events, and services. Opportunities may be offered for mutually beneficial partnerships that generate non-tax revenue and support stakeholder visibility and community investment.
There are no current opportunities for naming rights or sponsorships.
Sale of Surplus Assets
When a tangible asset is no longer needed whether due to being obsolete, beyond repair, or having reached the end of its useful life, the Town follows its established purchasing procedures to dispose of it appropriately. One common method of disposal is selling surplus assets through the government auction platform, GovDeals.
