Proposed Development

The Town of Midland has received a development application for Blocks 18,19, and 20 of Registered Draft Plan of Subdivision 51M-1254; these lands are commonly and municipally known as 640 Bayport Boulevard. The purpose of the application is to obtain Site Plan Control approval for the development of fifteen (15) rear-access condominium townhomes. The proposed development includes:

  • Block 18 – six residential condominium townhouse (6) units
  • Block 19 – four residential condominium townhouse (4) units
  • Block 20 – five residential condominium townhouse (5) units
  • A private/condominium road (O’Hare Lane) which will provide access to Bayport Boulevard
  • Visitor & accessible parking
