Naming Rights and Sponsorship Opportunities
The Town of Midland's Sponsorship, Advertising and Charitable Giving Policy supports sustainable relationships between the Town and the community, external groups and interested parties through various types of sponsorship, advertising and charitable giving arrangements for the benefit of the community.
The Town is strongly connected to all residents and visitors to the North Simcoe area through our facilities, programs, events and services. The Town may open opportunities that are mutually beneficial agreements that generate new non-tax revenue streams, while supporting stakeholders in increasing their visibility and investment in the community.

Procurement Process
The Town's Procurement By-Law establishes rules that return value for the taxpayer, protects the Town's financial interests and encourages competitive bidding that is in accordance with applicable treaties such as Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
