Open-Air Burn Permit
Recreational backyard fires are allowed in Midland provided the resident first purchases an Open-Air Burn Permit and follows the Open-Air Burning By-law.
Fireworks Permit
There are three types of fireworks permits: Consumer Fireworks, Consumer Fireworks Sales, and Display Fireworks, Pyrotechnic or Special Effects.
