• Why: The submitted applications are required to facilitate a future Consent application to subdivide the property into three new lots and one retained lot.

In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on December 16, 2024, Council adopted Official Plan Amendment OPA-04-24 (OPA-06) for 1017 and 1029 Brebeuf Road on October 15, 2025 as By-law 2025-57. View the Notice of Adoption for more information.

In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on December 16, 2024, Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-05-24 for 1017 and 1029 Brebeuf Road on October 15, 2025 as By-law 2025-58. View the Notice of Passing for more information. The decision is subject to a 20-day appeal period and following no appeals being received, the Bylaw will come into full force and effect.

In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on August 14, 2025, Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-05-25 for 736 King Street on October 15, 2025 as By-law 2025-56. The decision is subject to a 20-day appeal period and following no appeals being received, the By-law will come into full force and effect.

• Why: The proposed zoning by-law amendment, if approved, would facilitate the development of a mixed-use building consisting of two 12-storey (plus mechanical penthouse) towers connected by a four-storey podium. The building is proposed to contain 416 residential condominium units, 88 hotel units, and 106 square metres of retail floor area, as well as associated vehicle and bicycle parking and other amenity and accessory uses.
