Summary of Proposal
The purpose of the application is to rezone a portion of the subject lands (“subject area”) from Residential Mobile Home (RM) to Highway Commercial (HC) as a Condition of approval respecting provisionally approved Consent application (boundary adjustment), being File No. B.03/2025. Should all Conditions of the Consent be fulfilled, the subject area would merge with 806 King Street.
