Parking Study Open House #2, drop in and share your feedback!
Drop in on September 16, 2025 between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Midland's Recreation Centre (527 Len Self Blvd), to explore potential solutions to improve parking in Downtown, Harbour and Boat Launch areas!
Come when you would like, and stay for as long as you need - your input will help shape the future of parking in Midland.
What to expect at Open House #2?
- Opportunities to share your parking challenges.
- Provide your opinion on potential strategies to Midland's Downtown, Harbour and Boat Launch areas.
- Meet directly with Midland's Parking Study team and get answers to your parking questions.
Building on feedback from the first open house and technical analysis, we are looking at ways to improve parking downtown so it's easier to use and meets everyone's needs.
About the study
The Parking Study will include Town staff, consultants from R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited, Town Council, as well as feedback from the community to address current and future parking needs for Midland's downtown and waterfront areas.
The study will help create a plan that makes the best use of parking resources for residents, businesses, and visitors. Parking plays a crucial role in our everyday lives, as the Town of Midland grows and thrives, so does the need for parking.
