The Town of Midland has ranked in Culture Days’ Top 10 Participating Communities across Canada for its second year, placing seventh in the Towns and Rural Areas subcategory in 2025.
Today the Crime Stoppers flag was raised to recognize Crime Stoppers Month. Mayor Bill Gordon has proclaimed January 2026 as “Crime Stoppers Month” in Midland.
The Town is meeting Provincial Minimum Maintenance Standards related to roads and sidewalks, and motorists can park on Town streets outside of regular winter overnight parking restrictions.
