Notice of Adoption of an Official Plan Amendment - 1017 and 1029 Brebeuf Road

In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on December 16, 2024, Council adopted Official Plan Amendment OPA-04-24 (OPA-06) for 1017 and 1029 Brebeuf Road on October 15, 2025 as By-law 2025-57. View the Notice of Adoption for more information. The County of Simcoe is the final Approval Authority for Official Plan Amendments for the Town of Midland. As such, this Official Plan Amendment application will be forwarded to the County of Simcoe for review and a final decision.
