In accordance with the Notice of Complete application and Public Meeting issued on December 16, 2024, Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-05-24 for 1017 and 1029 Brebeuf Road on October 15, 2025 as By-law 2025-58. View the Notice of Passing for more information. The decision is subject to a 20-day appeal period and following no appeals being received, the Bylaw will come into full force and effect.
