• What: A Statutory Public Meeting for a privately-initiated application to amend the Town's Zoning By-law
• When: Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
• Where: In-Person at the Town Hall or virtually on Zoom
• Property Location: 924 King Street
• Why: To reduce parking requirements and permit the development of two stand-alone drive through eating establishments.

The purpose of the application is to rezone the lands to a site-specific exception zone to permit a reduction of the minimum number of required parking spaces and loading spaces.
