Town of Midland seeks real estate firm for realty and listing services

(July 14, 2025, Midland ON) The Town of Midland is inviting proposals from qualified real estate firms to provide on-call realty and listing services. The successful firm will support the Town in selling municipally owned assets and purchasing assets needed for municipal purposes. 

This initiative supports the Town’s commitment to professional, transparent, and value-driven real estate transactions that align with municipal objectives and public interest.

Key services will include:

• Marketing and listing Town-owned properties for sale.
• Representing the Town in real estate negotiations.
• Providing expert market advice and analysis.
• Assisting in determining fair market value and pricing strategies.
• Offering strategic guidance to ensure maximum value for the Town and taxpayers.

Interested firms can find the Request for Proposal for Realtor Services on the Town’s Bids and Tenders website, and submit their proposals by July 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
