Become an Event Vendor
Ready to showcase your products to an engaged and enthusiastic audience? Whether you’re a seasoned event vendor or joining us for the first time, this is your opportunity to connect with new customers, grow your brand, and be part of our lively events.
Each vendor must provide proof of liability insurance listing the Town of Midland as an additional insured for Commercial General Liability with a minimum limit of $2,000,000, and as required, Auto Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided a minimum of 4 weeks before the festival. Below are three companies that sell vendor insurance, however, you are welcome to use whoever you choose:

All vendors selling any food or drinks must be certified through the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit as well as obtain a Food Vendor Licence through the Town of Midland following the applicable deadlines noted on the applications.
